From David “Deacon” Kay, a seasoned S.W.A.T. officer and dedicated family man who prioritizes the team above all else, to Christina “Chris” Alonso, a skilled officer and expert canine trainer, each team member at Santa Clarita Studios brings depth and authenticity to their roles.

Dominique Luca, the expert driver adept at maneuvering high-risk situations, and Victor Tan, leveraging his LAPD Hollywood Division experience and extensive network of confidential informants, provide invaluable support to the team. And let’s not forget Jim Street, the team’s cocky yet talented rookie who’s given a second chance to prove himself after compromising the unit. Together, this formidable unit operates under the oversight of Commander Robert Hicks, a respected senior LAPD official from the Special Operations Bureau, ensuring the efficient management of all Metro Division S.W.A.T. units.

With the departure of Captain Jessica Cortez, the Mayor appoints Lieutenant Piper Lynch as a tactical consultant to the S.W.A.T. team. This decision adds an intriguing dynamic as Lieutenant Lynch challenges the team’s field strategy, raising questions that test their loyalties.
